We have had a busy weekend. We decided to go over to Jeff & Carrie's to celebrate New Years with them, the Jones', & Nate. We were only over there for 1 1/2 hours but it was nice to get out. Annabelle was an angel, just hung out in her pretty dress. Friday night she slept from 2:00am till almost 8:00am which was very nice! I guess it was from all the partying.
Saturday we got geared up for the Penn State game, unfortunately they lost to Florida in the end. Annabelle slept most of the game and I have to admit I took a couple naps myself.On Sunday her bellybutton finally fell off! Very gross but happy moment because now we can start our tummy time and regular baths.
Last night Annabelle slept in her crib for the first time! She slept from 1:30am till 6:00am! Thanks to the Angel Care Monitor from Uncle Darrell and Aunt Diann and the infrared web camera that Brian put up I was able to sleep soundly knowing she was ok without going into the nursery to check on her. Today is a big day for us, Brian went back to work so it's our first official day on our own. Kind of like my first day on the new job as a stay at home mom. So far so good, Annabelle has slept most of the morning so I could take care of the dogs and get Brian off to work. Now she's starting to stir so I'm thinking it's time for another feeding then a nap for the two of us.
